Please refer to the instructions below if you are getting errors and unable to access Microsoft Teams Admin center.
Important: Always make sure there is not an ongoing service incident. Please always refer to the Service Health dashboard using the link below for verification,
Error#1: Receiving the error ‘We can’t load data’.
Resolution: Try logging in to Microsoft Teams Admin center on another browser or Incognito/Private tab of the current browser or you can also try clear cache/browsing data of the current browser and make sure third-party cookies are not disabled in the browser.
Note: This behavior is by design. Authentication and authorization won't work as intended if the third-party cookies are disabled in the browser.
This is the recommended path that relies on browser session cookies during Microsoft Azure Active Directory authentication or authorization. Please refer to this article for more information.
Error#2: Receiving the error ‘Fix Sorry, You Don’t Have Access to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center’
Resolution: This message indicates you’re not the global admin. Please reach out to other global admins in your organization and check if your Microsoft 365 account appears under the Global admin role or Teams Admin role. If not, please assign either of the roles.
