Microsoft Teams offers the ability to record sessions for sharing purposes or recaps. Is a great feature because you can obtain the recordings in every time as well as the administrator gives a chance to the assistants.
You can locate a recording in Microsoft Teams, soon as the meet ends with the following instructions:
1. Meeting Chat: Go to the chat for the specific meeting. The recording should appear there as a shared file.
2. Calendar: Open your Teams calendar, double-click the past meeting, and look for the recording under the "Recap" or "Details" section.
3. OneDrive or SharePoint:
-
-
For non-channel meetings, recordings are stored in the "Recordings" folder of the meeting organizer's OneDrive.
-
For channel meetings, recordings are saved in the "Files" tab of the respective channel in SharePoint.
-
Note important information: As of August 2021, Teams meeting recordings will no longer be saved to Microsoft Stream. Moving forward, all meeting recordings will be saved to OneDrive and SharePoint. Some organizations are already choosing to make this change. For those users, migration to OneDrive and SharePoint began in October 2020.
