Unable to see free/busy status in Outlook

Scenario: User is not able to see free/busy status for each other in the organization.

Resolution:

Connect with Exchange Online PowerShell and run the below cmdlet:

Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity email address:\Calendar -User Default -AccessRights AvailabilityOnly
