Office365 - Office has stopped working

Issue:

• Tried automatic installer on portal.office.com
• Then tried x64 then x86 installers after downloading them and runas Admin
• All previous versions of office were uninstalled and computer was rebooted.
• Trend antivirus software has been disabled

Resolution:

Install windows updates.

Run SARA tool.
