Forms - Unable to access Microsoft Forms

Issue:

Multiple users at different locations in our organization are having trouble getting to Microsoft Forms. We are unable to get to specific forms and are not able to get into the main forms.office.com screen as we are getting the below error message. The screen flashes, showing current forms but then the page errors out to the below message. Could a ticket be put in with Microsoft on this issue?
