Outlook printing issue: Only prints/shows first page

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue with printing only first page from Outlook:

Step #1:

Boot into safe mode and check print option in Outlook to see if it shows only one page [Outlook.exe /safe].

Step #2: 

Check under no email mode to see if it shows only one page [Outlook.exe /PIM NoEmail].

Step #3: 

Create a new Outlook profile and confirm the print options should be set as shown below:

Outlook-> File-> Print -> Print option -> Page Settings -> Letter[as per users request]

Test by checking the preview and it should show all the pages you want to print as normal.
