Always make sure to sign out and sign back in on all the apps where the app protection policy is being implemented to refresh cache credentials.
Ticket-12949 Issue:
When trying to open a Visio file directly from an email on a mobile device we would be prompted the following below. Currently the only way to open it is to save it to OneDrive and then open the app to view it. Is there a way to remove this restriction?
Solution:
Customer needs to Sign out of Visio Viewer and sign back in for the app policy to take effect.
