Scenario/ Issue: One of your IPs gets blocked while using exchange online (M365) for email purposes for example on-premises exchange or other server IPs.
You can use the below steps to delist the IP with Microsoft to allow traffic:
1. Open the URL: https://sender.office.com
2. Now, the below page will appear:
3. Select your country, then provide an email address for example (your M365 Global Admin email address). Then provide the IP in the respective field then the last step is to delist the IP as highlighted in the above picture.
Note: Once you submitted the request, it will take at least 24 to 48 hours for the process to be completed or in some cases maybe 72 hours as per Microsoft.
