Remote Desktop Settings are Disabled for Intune Enrolled users

Issue: Intune enrolled users are experiencing that they cannot change the remote desktop settings under settings window in Windows 10/11.

Resolution: The scenario has been tested and the reported issue is a default behavior. Please note that once a RDP settings are enabled through Intune, modification would be disabled by the user mentioning that the setting is controlled by user's Organization. Admins can enabled or disable the setting using Intune. To resolve the issue, exclude the user under the device configuration profile controlling the RDP settings from Windows enrolled devices.
