Enable App Permissions in Admin Center for a License

1. Go to Microsoft 365Admin Center. 
2. Users > Active Users
3. Go on user > Click on Licenses and apps

4. Click on Apps and it will open the list of apps included in the license.

5. Scroll to Microsoft Apps for Business and check the box to enable the permissions.

6. Save changes.
