Issue:
Executed a mail loop and want to check how many messages are pending in the queue to clear the queue.
Resolution:
We have disabled the transport and spam rules to exclude postmaster@deem.com and all appears to be resolved.
We disabled the rules in the Transport rules section in Exchange Admin center and that fixed the issue for us. Moreover, we found that the command to delete the messages was executed multiple times due to which it was stuck and not functioning properly.
