PowerBI - Unable to launch Power BI

Issue:

We have a security error popping up when we launch BI and want to resolve it.

Resolution:

This is not an error but just a warning. While connecting to data source you might have used an encryption. For the data source which you are using, the encryption is not needed or Power BI cannot connect to your data source if the connection is encrypted. You can go to your data source settings to check it. I am providing the following steps to check if the encryption is used or not. If it is used you can uncheck it.

1) Go to Files -> Options and Settings - > Data Source Settings

2) You can go to each of the data source you have used and click on Edit permissions. In one of data source you might be able to see the encrypt option.

If not, the encrypt connection might be enabled on the data source side. I am not sure what data source you are using but for an example I am showing a screenshot of SQL Server where you can see encrypt option.
