Outlook desktop client is not syncing or connecting with Exchange Online services

Issue: Users are unable to connect with Exchange Online services via Outlook Desktop Client connection method and getting the below errors:

Resolution: Microsoft has recently upgraded the Modern Authentication settings within the M365 Admin Center > Org-Settings > Modern Authentication as shown below:

Within the Modern Authentication tab/ window, you will see the below options:

Make sure to enable the required protocols or connection methods as shown above if they are disabled.
