Scenario:
When you find the files syncing status gets stuck or shows in pending for a long time.
Resolution:
1)Delete office cache data by navigating to:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
2) Run the Sara tool to check the sync issue.
3) Reset Onedrive client
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
4) Restart the sync client
